Important Points to Remember …

  • Patrons are responsible for materials that have been borrowed in their name - lending materials to others is not recommended, and failure to receive a notice is not an excuse.

  • Patrons may view their own borrowing records and renew most materials once by going online to Minerva <http://minerva.maine.edu/> and clicking on “View Your Patron Record.” Note: once items reach billed status, they cannot be renewed.

  • Students who have billed items may neither borrow additional titles from the Kaplan University Maine Library, nor request items from other libraries.

  • Financial aid will not be used to cover bills for library items.

  • If a patron feels a notice is incorrect, he or she should contact a Librarian immediately.
